Today's walkable Denver focus is on downtown Denver. Since the beginning of 2014, there have been 347 residences sold in the 80202 zip code, which encompasses LoDo and Riverfront Park.
The largest unit sold was in the Four Seasons Private Residence and was just under 5100 square feet. It sold for $4,925,000. It last sold in late 2012 for $3,000,000.
The smallest unit sold was a 408 square foot studio condo for $95,000 in Brooks Towers at 1020 15th Street.
On average, the condos that sold were 1269 sq ft, sold for about $504,000 (95% of the list price and about $366/sq ft) There is truly something at almost every price point in downtown Denver!
There are currently fewer than 100 condos available for sale downtown. If you'd like to see what's available, send me an email!
The exciting developments at Union Station have certainly been a factor in drawing people to downtown living. So many new restaurants, shops and bars to try. Some of my new favorites are Mercantile Dining and Provisions, the Cooper Lounge and Pigtrain coffee in Union Station. What's your favorite new place?
My office is right across the street, so I'm fortunate to have all the new activity so close. I feel lucky to live in such a great place!
